David Sotolov is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Laurel Property Group, and oversees investment strategy, capital formation, and 
asset management.

Prior to founding Laurel Property Group, Mr. Sotolov spent four years as Managing Director and Head of Investments at AllianceBernstein’s US Commercial Real Estate Debt platform ("ABCRED"). Prior to joining ABCRED, he spent three years as Head of West Coast Investments at Annaly Capital Management and eighteen years at iStar Financial holding multiple positions including Executive Vice President and Head of West Coast Investments 
for eight years.

Adam Treisman is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Laurel Property Group, where he directs the firm’s investment strategy, deal sourcing, 
and asset management.

Prior to founding Laurel Property Group, Mr. Treisman led acquisitions at Benedict Canyon Equities (“BCE”), a leading multifamily investment firm in 
the Western United States with over $4Bn of AUM. During his tenure at BCE, he led the acquisition of over $2.3 billion in multifamily transactions, encompassing more than 9,000 units across the Western United States.
