Anchored by a family office, Laurel Property Group invests in the full spectrum of rental housing across the Western United States — Luxury, Attainable, and Affordable.
Laurel Property Group is a boutique real estate investment manager with a simple premise: own quality assets, in great cities, and take care of the residents who live there.
LPG is headquartered in Los Angeles and invests across the complete continuum of housing — Luxury, Attainable, and Affordable. The firm has full discretion and invests on behalf of a single, family office with a focus on generating tax-efficient cash flow and long-term value appreciation.
We invest on behalf of our family office — not a fund with a fixed horizon. Our permanent capital base means we are never forced to sell, never constrained by a mandate, and always focused on the right outcome for our communities.
Our renter is at the center of every decision we make. From acquisition to operations, we believe that serving our residents well and building durable value are one and the same goal.
We invest across the entire housing continuum — Luxury, Attainable, and Affordable — in the Western United States. Where others specialize by tier, we follow opportunity and need.
